A New Phase For Turcot Results In Long-Term Closures

Long-term closures start today on the Décarie Expressway and will be in place until the fall of 2018. The closures  are required to rebuild a section of Highway 15 as part of the Turcot project. As of 5 this morning:

Already Defects On New Bridge
