Health Canada is recalling 40-thousand Kidde smoke alarms.
The recall affects two particular models that were sold in Canada between November of 2016 and the end of January this year.
The alarms in question are dual sensor models that have a yellow cap covering one of the sensors.
The affected models are the PI2010CA and PI9010CA.
