Rock & Roll To Help Tackle A West Island Problem Hidden In Plain Sight

Three local bands are coming together this Friday night at a legendary West Island watering hole to raise money for AJOI (Action Jeunesse de l’Ouest de l’Ile). AJOI is a non-profit resource organization for at-risk West Island youth, who exist in far greater numbers than the stereotype of universal West Island prosperity suggests. AJOI’s Tania Charron joined us in-studio this morning, along with Jordan Batten and Max Pellerin – members of two of the three bands who will be performing in the AJOI Rock Arena at the Pionnier Resto-Bar in Pointe Claire Village.
