Loblaw’s $10 Chicken Fries Recalled

Loblaws is recalling 1.8 Kilo bags of frozen Chicken Fries sold with the best before date of June 22, 2019.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says that the chicken in question should not be eaten due to possible salmonella contamination.

Four people, one each in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and here in Quebec became ill, but did not have to be hospitalized after eating the product.

If you have the chicken fries in your freezer either throw them out or return them to the store where they were purchased.
