Hot Vs Cold

Australia Hits 113 Degrees While North America Freezes: Freezing North Americans are dreaming about visiting Sydney, Australia where temps hit 113 over the weekend. Australian seasons are opposite of seasons in North America so residents there are enjoying a warmer-than-usual summer. The beaches are packed.

The deep freeze has caused us to bring up that old debate, some people on social media offering to smack someone if they complain it is too hot when summer returns. But I do have a few friends that do indeed prefer the cold. No joke, one friend thrives when it is below -10 degrees. He will still wear shorts in -30.. never gets sick either. There are people that love the cold, so does that give the cold lovers the right to complain about the heat in summer?
