As children are heading back to school, Health Canada has issued a recall for a line of children’s reusable water bottles.
Over One Hundred and Fifty Thousand of the bottle made by Contigo are being recalled due to a silicone mouthpiece that can come loose from the bottle and pose a choking hazard.
Only water bottles with a black colour spout base and black colour spout cover are included in this recall.
As of last week, 30 reports of the spout detaching were made in Canada with no reports of injuries.
Complete details are available on the Health Canada website.
