
A boil water advisory has been issued for Les Cedres due slightly lower than normal chlorine levels.
Residents are advised to boil water for 1 minute.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Boil water for one minute, or use bottled water, boiled water should be
Used for the following uses, until a notice to the contrary is issued:
Drink and prepare beverages;
Prepare baby bottles and baby food;
Wash and prepare raw foods eaten (fruits, vegetables, etc.);
Preparing foods that do not require prolonged cooking (canned soups, desserts, etc.);
Making ice cubes;
Brush your teeth.
You can use non-boiled tap water for:
Wash the dishes in hot water, making sure to dry thoroughly;
Wash clothing and take a shower or bath. For young children, make sure
Do not swallow or wash with a washcloth.
Schools, businesses, businesses and institutions served: notify your clients that water is
unfit for human consumption. Close water fountains and display information at locations
Where water remains available.
